The Reading Public Museum strives to be a place of life-long learning and enjoyment for guests of all ages and abilities. As a result, we will be hosting special sensory inclusive hours for guests and their caretakers who require a quieter atmosphere to explore The Museum. Guests who choose to pre-register will receive a pre-visit packet with information to share with their dependent.
Registration is Suggested
This program is FREE for Members and FREE with Museum admission.
November 4 from 10 – 11 am (Museum)
November 13 from 5 – 6 pm (Museum)
JUST ADDED! December 12 from 5 – 6 pm (Planetarium featuring the show “Let it Snow”)
December 14 from 10 – 11 am (Planetarium featuring the show “Let it Snow”)
December 16 from 5 – 6 pm (Museum)
Private sensory hours can be scheduled by contacting Becky in education department becky.ruth@readingpublicmuseum.org. Private sensory hours must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in-advance and will be an additional $50/hr. fee and have a maximum attendance of 8 guests.
