On the first Saturday of every month Kula Kamala Foundation & Yoga Ashram in Alsace (just north of Reading) hosts a Creative Arts, Health and Community day. The day is full of wonderful individual, group and family friendly yoga, events, workshops and food. Including kid- and family friendly-events like Origami and Mindfulness for Kids, Family Yoga and more!

This is a pay-what-you-can by donation event unless there is a specific noted materials fee. Suggested $10 per class & per meal.
