Beavers of French Creek

Once completely extinct from Pennsylvania these cool critters are now thriving in local woodlands, including right here in the park! Join the park naturalist for an informal presentation about beavers and then take a short walk to the old beaver dam to see the effect on the ecosystem.

We will meet at the Hopewell Lake Boat Launch (or inside the park office if it’s raining)
