Hawk Mountain 85th Anniversary Celebration

Come and celebrate 85 years of raptor conservation at Hawk Mountain Sanctuary. Visitors receive a free piece of cake and check out grand opening of the new and improved Outdoor Amphitheater and the new historical marker.

Also happening that day:  Fall Native Plant Sale 10am-4pm

Choose from a variety of fall flowering Pennsylvania native wildflowers including asters, goldenrods, milkweeds, coneflowers, black-eyed susans and more. The sale will also feature a selection of native vines, grasses, ferns, trees and shrubs. Learn from our host of native plant volunteers who are dedicated to helping you find the perfect plants for your yard. All plants separated by habitat, such as sunny/hot or shady/wet. We make it as easy as possible for you to buy plants that will thrive in your home landscape. Get a head start on next spring by planting this fall!
