Riverzilla

Dive into the 3rd annual Riverzilla – a celebration of community, nature, and the beauty of the Schuylkill River! Riverzilla is more than an event; it’s a connection to our community and the resources nature generously offers. This inclusive gathering welcomes everyone to discover the wonders along the river and build bridges with local organizations.

The day kicks off at 9 am with a Park Cleanup – a chance for us all to give back to the environment we love.

From 11 am to 2 pm, the riverside transforms into a hub of excitement! Embark on a kayaking adventure, explore scenic bike trails, savor delicious food, and engage in an array of other outdoor activities that promise fun for all ages.

Join forces with Reading Public Works, Schuylkill River Greenways, Berks Nature, and the Widoktadwen Center for Native Knowledge at the picturesque Riverfront Park.
