Chocolate Mini Workshop

Join us on the last day of the Christmas celebration season for a mini hands-on workshop featuring chocolate with hearth cook Deborah Peterson.  You will help make some 18th-century recipes using chocolate and receive a booklet of yummy recipes to take home with you to make in your own kitchen.For ages 12 and up.
