Get your furry four legged friend ready to attend several events out at Jim Dietrich Park!

The Township is partnering with the Bark for Life program to help support the American Cancer Society. Bark For Life™ is a noncompetitive walk event for dogs and their owners to raise funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society’s fight against cancer. So bring your best canine friend and join us for a fun-filled day starting with a walk, and then continuing with vendors, demonstrations, contests, and games. There will be a DJ there to help keep things lively.

Also at the park that day will be an official disc dog competition organized by the Mid Atlantic Disc Dogs – Keystone State River Jam organization. You are welcome to bring your well behaved pet on a 6’ leash. We are looking to invite various dog related businesses and/or services to participate. Call the Parks Department for more information at 610.929.4727 ext 260 or ext. 265.

Note: the Disc Dog Competition will be there both Saturday and Sunday from 8AM to 4PM.
