Cheer up winter evenings with holiday light shows! Here’s a list of all the wonderful Christmas lights in Reading, PA and all around Berks County.
Holiday Lights at Grings Mill
Walk around the beautiful grounds of Gring’s Mill park, to view our spectacular light display highlighting the historic buildings and landscaping around the park.
After enjoying the walk-through light display, visitors can enjoy food and beverages from local food trucks, a fire pit to warm up beside, and live music in the heated outdoor pavilion each night from 5:45 to 8:15 pm.
Santa will make appearances throughout the month to the delight of every child. Kids of all ages will love visiting our model train display in the former generator station building on the bridge.

Koziar’s Christmas Village
Koziar’s Christmas Village has won many awards, including Best Outdoor Display in the World (Display World Magazine). A trip through Koziar’s Christmas Village is, in the words of the song, “Like Walking in a Winter Wonderland.” The magnificent spectacle attracts thousands of tourists each year who come to view the more than one-half million Christmas lights adorning buildings, gift barns, and landscape.

Reading’s Christmas on the Mountain
Hillside Playground (located on North 14th street in the city of Reading) has been transformed into a Christmas Wonderland. It has become affectionately known as “Christmas on the Mountain”. This free to enter, free to park display now has over 1 million led lights, inflatables and vintage and modern Christmas decorations. An extended light show spectacular set to your favorite classic and modern Holiday music, a “Frozen on on the Mountain” area, beautifully crafted replica Santa’s Workshop certainly will not disappoint! The over the top display of “Christmas Ridiculousness” has been a tradition for many Berks County residents for nearly three decades. Remember what Santa says, “Seeing is Believing” so come check it out for yourself.

Lights on Elwyn & ARL Benefit
The display is even bigger and better this year with more lights, new displays and different things to see. There is also a full-size hand built sleigh to sit in for a personal photo opportunity. We encourage you to park, walk around the property and stroll through “Candy Cane Lane” to view even more.
Again we will be accepting pet food, supplies and, of course, cash donations – all to benefit the Animal Rescue League of Berks County.
So bring yourselves, your family, your friends (and even well-behaved pets) out for a wonderful experience. We are excited to see everyone and hope to increase the contributions to a worthy cause – the ARL of Berks County – along with giving much holiday cheer and joy to YOU!!Dates:

Twas the Lights Before Christmas
Join us for a night of synchronized Christmas lights set to music at Calvary Bible Fellowship Church in Sinking Spring on Penn Ave. This year features Christmas classics and Star Wars music! Over 80,000 lights dancing and twinkling to music… That’s over 5 miles of lights!
Free hot chocolate and cookies plus a fun kids’ activity on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. until Dec. 22nd.
